We are recruiting a Director of Food & Nutrition Services for a respected acute-care hospital in North Carolina.

This is not a turnaround situation. The incoming Director will inherit a stable, well-regarded department with approximately 60 FTEs, two experienced Managers, and a newly renovated/modernized cafeteria with new equipment. The organization is looking for a leader who can bring fresh ideas and best practices and take an already strong program to the next level.

Requirements:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Acute-care hospital Food & Nutrition leadership experience required
• Strong experience with both patient food service and retail/cafeteria operations
• Strong people leadership and employee engagement skills

Compensation: $100K–$150K base + up to 15% annual leadership incentive + relocation assistance.
