A highly respected nonprofit health system in Savannah is seeking an experienced Director, Operations & Physician Practices.

This Director will oversee multiple specialty physician practices with 7 physicians, 10 APPs and four direct-report leaders. Experienced Practice Administrators are already in place, allowing the Director to focus on higher-level leadership, physician relationships, operational performance and strategic growth.

Key priorities include:

• Managing physician relationships
• Improving patient access and experience
• Practice productivity and efficiency
• Staffing and recruitment
• Financial and operational performance
• Leadership development
• Strategic growth initiatives

Candidates should have progressive experience in physician-practice, medical group, ambulatory or specialty-practice operations and a track record of successfully leading managers and partnering with physicians.

Master’s degree required. Oncology experience preferred, but not required. RN not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Up to $163k annual base salary + comprehensive benefits. Relocation assistance and temporary housing are available if needed.
