## Description

A highly respected nonprofit health system is seeking an experienced **Director, Operations and Physician Practices** to join its leadership team in Savannah, GA.

This is a **strategic ambulatory physician-practice operations** role overseeing multiple specialty practices with **7 physicians, 10 APPs and four direct-report leaders**. The Director will lead experienced Practice Managers while partnering closely with physicians to improve access, productivity, operational efficiency, staffing, financial performance and patient experience.


**We're looking for:**





- 3+ years of progressive physician-practice, medical group or ambulatory operations leadership experience

- Experience leading managers and complex practice operations

- Strong physician relationship skills

- Excellent financial and operational acumen

- Master's degree required

- Oncology experience preferred

**Compensation:** Up to **$163K base annually**, dependent on experience, plus relocation assistance, temporary housing and a comprehensive benefits package. Additional salary flexibility may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
