## Description

Nealy Pierce is recruiting an experienced **physician-practice operations leader** for a Director-level role with an established, independent nonprofit health system in the **coastal Southeast region**.


The Director will provide operational leadership for several busy specialty practices within a highly regarded oncology program, overseeing **7 physicians, 10 APPs and four direct-report leaders**.


The organization is looking for someone who can:





- Build strong, credible relationships with physicians

- Lead and develop experienced managers

- Improve access, productivity and operational efficiency

- Maintain an exceptional patient experience

- Recruit and retain strong teams in high-volume practices

- Help lead strategic growth initiatives across specialty services


An exceptional leader from **physician-practice, medical group or complex ambulatory operations** will be considered. **Oncology experience is a plus, but is not required.**


**Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience required. Master's degree required; RN not required.**

### Compensation & Relocation


**Base salary up to $163K annually**, depending on experience, with potential flexibility for an exceptional candidate. **Relocation assistance, including temporary housing, is available**, along with a full benefits package.
