Nealy Pierce is exclusively recruiting an **Executive Director, Emergency Services (RN)** for a nonprofit health system in a growing Midwest metro. The position will lead 3 EDs, including an adult Level I trauma center. This is an onsite position for a leader willing to relocate to the Midwest.

- Lead emergency services across a market serving over 125k annual patients a year.

- Partner with the Market CNO and develop a team ED managers

- Tackle patient flow, staffing, quality and patient experience with your clinical partners.

**Qualifications:**





- Active RN license and master’s degree

- At least five (5) years of ED nursing leadership in a complex, high acuity setting

- Level I trauma emergency experience required; multi-hospital leadership preferred

- Demonstrated ability to develop leaders and improve ED performance


**Compensation & Benefits:**





- Annual salary up to $210k annually (dependent on experience) + annual bonus opportunity of up to 20%
