We are conducting a confidential search for a Director of Food & Nutrition Services with an award winning, Leapfrog A rated acute-care hospital in North Carolina.

As the Director of Food and Nutrition, you’ll lead an established department with excellent staff stability, two experienced Managers and a newly renovated cafeteria. The program is performing well and the leadership team wants someone who can build on that success, introduce best practices and elevate the patient and employee dining experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) required
• Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 2 years acute-care hospital Food & Nutrition leadership experience required
• Strong patient food-service and retail/cafeteria operations experience
• Collaborative, engaging leadership style

Experienced Directors are encouraged to apply, as are strong hospital Assistant Directors/Operations Managers seeking to grow their career.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $100K–$150K base salary (dependent on experience)
• Up to 15% annual leadership incentive
